Trois \u00e9tapes scandent l\u2019exp\u00e9rience\u00a0: -une phase de concertation avec identification de capacit\u00e9s transversales relevant des attitudes, de capacit\u00e9s ou grands domaines transversaux d\u00e9clin\u00e9s ensuite de fa\u00e7on disciplinaire\u00a0 \u00a0-une phase de cr\u00e9ation d\u2019outils d\u2019\u00e9valuation commun : grille \u00e9l\u00e8ve et nouveau bulletin trimestriel -une phase d\u2019\u00e9valuation des capacit\u00e9s et leur utilisation lors des processus d\u2019orientation. <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>En amont, constitution d&#8217;une grille d&#8217;\u00e9valuation commune pour les grands domaines d&#8217;attitudes et de capacit\u00e9s ainsi que d&#8217;un bulletin trimestriel.
