d\u2019autorisation d\u2019absence.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">Les responsables l\u00e9gaux ou l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve majeur doivent informer l\u2019\u00e9tablissement, sans d\u00e9lai, des motifs de cette absence.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les absences sont autoris\u00e9es pour les raisons suivantes :<\/strong>&nbsp;Maladie de l\u2019enfant&nbsp;&#8211;&nbsp;Maladie transmissible ou contagieuse d\u2019un membre de la famille (certificat m\u00e9dical obligatoire)&nbsp;&#8211;&nbsp;R\u00e9union solennelle de famille&nbsp;&#8211;&nbsp;Emp\u00eachement d\u00fb \u00e0 un probl\u00e8me accidentel de transport&nbsp;&#8211;&nbsp;Absence temporaire des responsables l\u00e9gaux lorsque l\u2019enfant les accompagne (hors vacances scolaires)&nbsp;&#8211;&nbsp;Tout autre has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udcda <strong>Mandatory Class Attendance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each student is required to attend the classes listed in their timetable, except in cases of authorized absence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Legal guardians or the student (if of legal age) must inform the school immediately of the reason for the absence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2705 <strong>Legitimate Reasons for Absence<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Absences are authorized for the following reasons:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Illness of the student<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contagious or transmissible illness of a family member (medical certificate required)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Formal family gathering<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disruption due to accidental transport issues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Temporary absence of legal guardians when the student accompanies them (outside school holidays)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any other reason may be reviewed by the National Education services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udcdd <strong>Absence Regularization Procedure<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the student is absent at the beginning or during the school day:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Upon return, they must report to the school office to confirm their presence and pre-fill the absence slip.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If the student is absent for the entire day or several days:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The evening before returning, they must complete and sign the absence slip with their legal guardian.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upon arrival, they must go to the school office to officially regularize the absence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If the absence is planned (trip, club activity, medical appointment):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The student must notify the school office in advance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The absence is then regularized the day after the scheduled
