has-accent-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-5b683ffeb16b1cde40be47ba541f4ad5\"><strong>Les objectifs nationaux du Programme PHARE<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le minist\u00e8re de l\u2019\u00c9ducation nationale fixe quatre axes majeurs :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pr\u00e9venir<\/strong> le harc\u00e8lement par des actions r\u00e9guli\u00e8res, des s\u00e9ances de sensibilisation et une \u00e9ducation au vivre\u2011ensemble.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Former<\/strong> les personnels, les \u00e9l\u00e8ves ambassadeurs et les \u00e9quipes \u00e9ducatives pour mieux rep\u00e9rer et comprendre les m\u00e9canismes du harc\u00e8lement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Intervenir rapidement<\/strong> en cas de situation signal\u00e9e, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une proc\u00e9dure claire, structur\u00e9e et partag\u00e9e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Accompagner<\/strong> les \u00e9l\u00e8ves victimes, t\u00e9moins ou auteurs, afin de restaurer un climat priorit\u00e9s adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 de nos \u00e9l\u00e8ves :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Renforcer la visibilit\u00e9 du programme PHARE<\/strong> aupr\u00e8s des \u00e9l\u00e8ves, des familles et du personnel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>D\u00e9velopper la parole des \u00e9l\u00e8ves<\/strong>, notamment \u00e0 travers les ambassadeurs PHARE, le CVL et les projets artistiques et num\u00e9riques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cr\u00e9er des espaces d\u2019\u00e9coute accessibles<\/strong>, o\u00f9 chacun peut signaler une situation ou demander de l\u2019aide.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Multiplier les actions de pr\u00e9vention<\/strong> : ateliers, affiches, projets interdisciplinaires, interventions ext\u00e9rieures, concours NAH.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Assurer un suivi individualis\u00e9<\/strong> des \u00e9l\u00e8ves concern\u00e9s par des situations de harc\u00e8lement ou de cyberharc\u00e8lement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Renforcer la coh\u00e9sion \u00e9ducative<\/strong> : tous les adultes du lyc\u00e9e sont acteurs de la pr\u00e9vention.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure <strong>PHARE Program<\/strong>, a national initiative designed to combat bullying in schools. Implemented across participating institutions, the program strengthens prevention, improves response procedures, and promotes a culture of respect and well\u2011being within the school community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\ud83c\udfaf<\/strong><strong> National Objectives of the PHARE Program<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Ministry of Education outlines four key priorities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Prevent bullying<\/strong> through regular awareness activities, educational sessions, and the promotion of positive relationships.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Train staff and students<\/strong>, including PHARE ambassadors, to better identify and understand bullying mechanisms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Intervene quickly and effectively<\/strong> when a situation is reported, following a clear and structured protocol.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Support students<\/strong> involved in bullying situations \u2014 victims, witnesses, or perpetrators \u2014 to restore a safe and healthy school climate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\ud83c\udf93<\/strong><strong> Our School\u2019s Objectives for 2025\u20132026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to the national framework, Lyc\u00e9e L\u00e9opold Bissol has set specific goals tailored to the needs of our students:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Increase the visibility of the PHARE Program<\/strong> among students, families, and staff.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Encourage student expression<\/strong>, particularly through PHARE ambassadors, the CVL, and artistic or digital projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Create accessible listening and reporting spaces<\/strong>, where anyone can seek help or signal a concern.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Expand prevention initiatives<\/strong>: workshops, posters, interdisciplinary projects, external speakers, and participation in the NAH contest.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ensure individualized follow\u2011up<\/strong> for students affected by bullying or cyberbullying.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Strengthen collective responsibility<\/strong>, recognizing that every adult in the school contributes to prevention.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\ud83e\udd1d<\/strong><strong> The PHARE Resource Team 2025\u20132026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The resource team is made up of trained, identified staff members who are available to listen, guide, support, and intervene when needed.<br>They form the <strong>operational core<\/strong> of the PHARE Program within the school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Team Composition<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ms. EUZET \u2013 Prevention and Safety Assistant \u2013 PHARE Coordinator<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>12 PHARE Student Ambassadors from the 3rd year of the Vocational Preparation program to the BTS (Advanced Vocational Diploma)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 members of the resource team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ms. EURANIE, Mathematics Teacher<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ms. LEDOUX, Student Life Coordinator<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ms. MONRAPHA, Student Life Coordinator<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mr. NORBERT, Dropout Prevention Center \u2013 Micro-High School<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mr. OBRINGER, Student Life Coordinator<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ms. TOUSSAY, Teacher-Librarian<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Their Mission<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Welcome and support anyone wishing to report a situation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Listen to and accompany students in difficulty.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct internal investigations when bullying is suspected.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead prevention and awareness activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with families and external partners.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Guarantee confidentiality, respect, and a caring approach.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\ud83d\udcde<\/strong><strong> A Team You Can Reach Out to at Any Time<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Students, families, and staff members are encouraged to contact the resource team <strong>whenever needed<\/strong>.<br>No concern is too small \u2014 a hurtful message, a rumor, a change in behavior, or a feeling of discomfort all deserve attention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Our priority is the safety, well\u2011being, and success of every student.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through the PHARE Program, Lyc\u00e9e L\u00e9opold Bissol reaffirms its commitment to building a school environment rooted in prevention, empathy, and collective responsibility.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le lyc\u00e9e L\u00e9opold Bissol s\u2019engage pleinement dans le Programme PHARE, dispositif national de lutte contre le harc\u00e8lement scolaire.
