A Black Panther

He was born on February 17th and was the co-founder of the Black Panther Party. Huey P. Newton was an activist, in favour with violent resistance to the racist US society.

Frederick Douglass

Born a slave in February 1818 and dead on February 20th 1895, Frederick Douglass became one of the most important figures of the abolitionist movement and the first Black American citizen to hold a high government function.
