Caribbean Black Cake

The objective of the activity was to expose the pupils to the cultural and language elements of Christmas in Saint Lucia using the English language through cake baking.

The people concerned were the :

  • Audio Visual/ Videography: Mr. MOREAU and his pupils
  • Pupils: 6ème1 / 6ème3/6ème ANCRES

The activity occurred in the School’s Kitchen.

The Caribbean black cake was made on Thursday December 19, 2024 in the afternoon.
